Our aim is for you to receive your Taga Family Bike as quickly as possible and in the best condition, ready to transport your family. Below you will find all the information on delivery, costs and return procedures.

Methods of Shipment

We offer several shipping options to suit your assembly and budget needs.

1. Standard Shipping (in Box)

This is the ideal solution if you have a little manual dexterity or prefer to save on transport.

What it includes: The bike is delivered inside a reinforced protective carton.
State of the bike: The Taga is assembled at 90% by our technicians.
What you have to do: Once received, you will have to remove the covers and complete the last assembly step. In about 10 minutes you'll be ready to pedal!
Service Point Option: You can choose to have the box shipped to one of our Authorised Service Centres. In this case, final assembly will be carried out by a specialised mechanic before your pick-up.

2. Premium Shipping (mounted on a pallet)

The turnkey solution for those who want zero worries.

What it includes: Shipment on wooden pallet with safety locking by means of metal brackets and protective outer packaging.
State of the bike: The Taga is assembled at 100%. If you have purchased accessories, these will already be installed on the bike.
What you have to do: Remove the covers and cardboard. In 5 minutes you are in the saddle.

3. Shipping Accessories

If you only buy accessories (without the bicycle):

The goods travel in protective cardboard packaging by national courier.
You can request delivery to an Authorised Service Centre to have the accessories fitted to your bike by a professional.

Delivery and Fulfillment Times

We know you are looking forward to receiving your Taga.

Evasion: Most orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 24 hours after confirmation of payment.
Delivery: In Italy, delivery generally takes place within 72 working hours.
Note: Delivery times start from the moment of collection by the courier. They are estimates based on the national average and may vary due to force majeure events beyond Donno Bikes' control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping to Italy (including San Marino and the Vatican City)

Boxed bicycles: The shipment is FREE.
Bicycles on pallets (mounted): The service has a total cost of €300, but Donno Bikes covers 50% of the expenditure. The cost to you is only 150€.
Accessories:
- If purchased together with a bicycle: Shipping FREE.
- If purchased individually: The cost varies from 10€ a 20€ based on the volume/weight calculated by the courier.

International Shipping (Extra-Italy)

For deliveries abroad, the cost is automatically calculated in the shopping cart before payment, based on total weight and destination.

Duties and Customs: Any taxes, customs duties or fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs paid to Donno Bikes. Please check with your local customs authorities for any additional costs.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract.

Conditions for Withdrawal

Timing: Hai 14 days of time from the date of conclusion of the contract (online order confirmation) to communicate the wish to withdraw.
Use of the medium: To ensure contractual fairness, the right of withdrawal is only valid if the means did not cover more than 40 km.
Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by professionals with a VAT number or purchases made directly from our physical premises.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To start the procedure, you have to send us an explicit declaration by post (in advance by e-mail) to the following addresses:

Return Procedure

Goods must be returned within 14 days from the notice of withdrawal.
The product must be in the same conditions in which it was received: undamaged, clean, with no signs of wear and tear, complete with all its parts (battery, keys, manuals, cables) and in its original packaging.
Attention: Do not send anything without first receiving written authorisation from Donno Bikes S.R.L.

Return Costs

Shipping costs for the return of the goods shall be borne by the customer.

Standard cost per bicycle return: 150,00 €.
You can use our organised transport service; the cost will be deducted from your refund. The customer is responsible for the goods until they arrive at our warehouse. Any damage or depreciation due to improper handling or unsuitable packaging will be charged to the customer.

Refunds

Once the goods have been received and their integrity verified:

Donno Bikes will issue the refund within 14 days receipt of the return (or proof of shipment, at our discretion, pursuant to Article 56 of Legislative Decree 206/2005).
Reimbursement will take place via the same payment method used for the purchase (bank transfer or credit card), unless otherwise indicated.
If the purchase was made by means of financial services or instalment plans with fees, these ancillary costs shall be borne by the customer.
In the event of a purchase with a Gift Card or Loyalty Voucher, reimbursement will be made by issuing a new voucher valid for 2 years.
